You are only permitted to miss a maximum of three classes, and they must be made up. If you will be absent from a class, you do need to let us know. 

On the first day, further details regarding how a class is put together will be given and how to make them up.

The dates for the courses are just for the in-person/zoom classroom teaching. The scheduling of student drives must occur outside of class time. To give time for practice in between driving sessions, we advise students to plan 1 drive every 2 to 3 weeks. This dramatically raises students' chances of passing the driving test.

The first student drives are usually scheduled in the second or third week of class. In order for the students to have a sense of what driving would be like, we usually arrange the observation drive first. The 6 driving sessions will be spaced out over a period of 2-3 weeks to provide students time between classes to practice. Between driving sessions, students who practice for a few weeks have a better passing percentage on the driving test.

Please come five to ten minutes early for your driving lesson so that you are prepared to begin the class at the appointed time.

The State requires us to give each of our pupils a complete 60-minute driving lesson, and
the state driving exam requires a full 30-minute session. Therefore, if you want to keep your appointment time, your timeliness is crucial.

• You will be charged a cancellation fee if you don't show up for your drive test appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
• We will do our best to accommodate you if you are more than ten minutes late for an appointment. If we are unable to accommodate you, there will be a cancellation charge.
• For instance, if you arrive at a 60-minute driving lesson intended to begin at 10:00am but arrive at 10:15am and the instructor has another student driving session booked for 11:00am, we will be unable to complete the 60-minute lesson. As a result, you would be charged a cancellation fee.
• In the event that a driving lesson or driving exam appointment is missed, we require a debit or credit card to be kept on file for each individual.
